WebDirect has several common modules that serve the vast majority of website maintenance needs. With these modules, you can easily update text and images, add and delete pages, change navigation, quickly upload and organize a variety of files and links, manage large amounts of images through galleries and quickly deliver news articles and announcements. The PageBuilder system is the SourceOne's WebDirect central Web Content Management module which allows users with no software programming knowledge or experience to manage and publish general content pages. Adding and editing information is easily accomplished via basic data entry forms and our Rich Text Editing interface. Unique pages can be created, modified and viewed all through a standard Web browser.

The Resource Center provides users with the ability to list organization resources. These resources can be hyper-links, images, text or documents arranged by topic, or a combination. Often used for internal or external Web links, documents, video clips, training manuals and other electronic materials. Administrators can create categories for the resources, create links and upload documents to the site through the WebDirect administrative interface.

With the FAQ module, a user can create a list of frequently asked questions and answers to assist Web site users, and save Website owner personnel time currently occupied with answering commonly asked questions repeatedly.

The Photo Gallery module allows a user to manage and maintain an entire set of photo and graphical assets. Pictures, photos, and graphical items can be uploaded and categorized for easy online viewing. Site managers can create multiple galleries and use them throughout the site. Photo Gallery integrates with other modules such as the Asset Manager.

News and Announcements allows the timely creation, dissemination and management of topical news stories and articles. News items can be created and configured for publishing on a daily, or "as needed" basis. News Content Managers have the ability to bring site visitors the latest news items of interest, organizational changes, announcements, press releases, bulletins and alerts. Articles and stories can be automatically archived in a linked news repository, which will grow in size and value over time. News module also alllows users to make an outgoing RSS feed of their news articles.
